Notice is hereby given that a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on 30 September 2015 by Mr John Farmen for the restoration to the Register of Companies of GIW Realisations Five Limited having its registered office latterly at Arthur Young, 17 Abercromby Place, Edinburgh, EH3 6LT (registered number 67290) pursuant to Sections 1029 and 1031 of the Companies Act 2006; by deliverance dated 8 October 2015 the Sheriff at Edinburgh appointed all persons interested if they intend to show cause why the petition should not be granted to lodge Answers thereto with the Sheriff Clerk, Edinburgh Sheriff Court, 27 Chambers Street, Edinburgh within 8 days after publication of this advertisement all of which notice is hereby given.
