Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 4 June 2015 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 8 July 2015 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Logan Bahadur Stephenson-Gurung, who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Logan Bahadur Gurung and assumed the name of Logan Bahadur Stephenson-Gurung.
