Notice is given by the Apostolic Pastoral Congress (APC), a registered collegiate of Charismatic/Pentecostal Bishops, Priests, Pastors and other Clergy, based at the Old St John’s Rectory, Moston M9 4WE, and which is a Member of Churches Together in England and Churches Together in Britain and Ireland, that the following persons, having been elected following the laid down processes and procedures for selection, will be Consecrated/Translated as Christian Bishops on Saturday 24th October 2015 from 10am at Manchester, England:

1. Bishop Mark Kambalazaza to be consecrated as Archbishop of the Congress for the SADC Region of Africa.

2. Archbishop Doyle Volentine to be translated from Archbishop for the Americas and the Caribbean in the Congress, to Archbishop of the ‘International Charismatic Church Network’ in affiliation with this Congress.

3. Bishop Steve Evans to be translated from Bishop of Wales in the Congress, to Bishop of the ‘International Charismatic Church Network’ in affiliation with this Congress.

4. Bishop-Elect Richard Norburn to be consecrated as Bishop for the Midlands Diocese of the Congress, in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

5. Bishop-Elect Professor Joshua Owusu-Sekyere to be consecrated as Bishop for the Cape Coast Metropolitan Diocese of the Congress in Ghana with responsibility for missionary work in the Central Region of south Ghana.

6. The Archdiocese of the Americas and the Caribbean, and the Diocese Wales in the Congress to be held in the Presidium of the Congress in the interregnum.
