Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that pursuant to a transfer made on 12 February 2015, Oxenwood Real Estate Investments Limited disposed of:

a) 10 per cent. of its interest in the Partnership to Thomas Jeremy Bishop;

b) 10 per cent. of its interest in the Partnership to Stewart Marshall Little; and

c) 80 per cent. of its interest in the Partnership to Harold Raymond Mould;

and with effect from 12 February 2015 Thomas Jeremy Bishop, Stewart Marshall Little and Harold Raymond Mould became limited partners in the Partnership.
