At a General Meeting of the above named company duly convened and held at Gladstone House, 77-79 High Street, Egham, Surrey, TW20 9HY on 11 November 2014 the following resolutions were duly passed as a special and ordinary resolution respectively:

“That it has been resolved by special resolution that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Keith Aleric Stevens, of Wilkins Kennedy LLP, Gladstone House, 77-79 High Street, Egham, Surrey, TW20 9HY and Matthew John Waghorn, of Wilkins Kennedy LLP, 92 London Street, Reading, Berkshire, RG1 4SJ, (IP Nos 008065 and 009432) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the company for the purposes of the winding-up and that they may act jointly and severally.” At the subsequent meeting of creditors held at the same place on the same date, the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Keith Aleric Stevens and Matthew John Waghorn as Joint Liquidators.
