Notice is hereby given pursuant to Legislation section: Section 314 of the Legislation section: Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of creditors of the above has been summoned by me Andrew Mackenzie of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 340 Deansgate, Manchester, M3 4LY, (IP Number: 009581) appointed as Trustee in Bankruptcy of the above on 7 January 2013 . The purpose of the meeting is to determine the basis for the Trustee’s remuneration and expenses. The following resolutions are proposed in this respect:

• The Trustee’s remuneration be fixed under Legislation section: R6.138 of the Legislation: Insolvency Rules 1986 by reference to the time properly given by the Trustee (as Trustee) and the various grades of his staff calculated at the prevailing hourly charge out rates of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP for attending to matters arising in the bankruptcy.

• The Trustee be authorised to draw disbursements, including disbursements for services provided by his firm (defined as Category 2 disbursements in Statement of Insolvency Practice 9), in accordance with his firm’s policy.

The meeting will be held at my offices (as stated above) at 10.00 am on Friday 4 April 2014 . Proxy forms (together with completed proof of debt forms for creditors who have not already lodged a proof) must be lodged with me at the above address by 12.00 noon on the business day before the meeting to entitle creditors to vote by proxy at the meeting.
