APPLICATION FOR A NEW APPOINTMENT AS A SEWERAGE UNDERTAKER FOR AN AREA ADJACENT TO ALDERSHOT MILITARY GARRISON
Severn Trent Services (Water and Sewerage) Ltd of St John’s Street, Coventry, CV1 2LZ (“the Company”), hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 8(2) of the Water Industry Act 1991 (“the Act”), that it has applied to the Water Services Regulation Authority to be appointed as Sewerage Undertaker in place of Thames Water Utilities Limited (“Thames”), for an area adjacent to Aldershot Military Garrison.
Maps showing the area may be inspected on request, at the Company’s offices during normal business hours: 3900 Parkside, Birmingham Business Park, Birmingham, B37 7YG.
The provisions of section 7(4)(b) of the Act are applicable in that the appointment relates only to parts of the area to which Thames’ appointment as water and sewerage undertaker relates, none of the premises in which is served by that company.
