The Headway Plc Group Pension Fund was established with effect from 6 April 1989 and the sponsoring employer was Headway Plc based at Exchange House, 13-14 Clements Lane, Ilford, Essex IG1 2QY. Headway Plc Group Pension Fund commenced winding up on 11 May 2001. PS Independent Trustees Limited has been appointed as the Independent Trustee to the Fund. Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person that believes that he or she has a claim against, or entitlement to a pension or any benefit from, or interest in the Fund is hereby required to send particulars in writing by Friday 28 February 2014 of his or her claim or entitlement (together with full name, present address, date of birth, National Insurance Number and the full name of the Fund) to Mercer, PO Box 2066, 4 Bedford Park, Croydon CR90 9NB and mark it for the attention of Ann Lautenbach. The Trustee will distribute the assets of the Fund among the persons entitled to them having regard only to those persons of whose claims and entitlements they have notice, and will not be liable to any other person. Any individuals who have already been contacted on behalf of the Trustee about this matter should not respond to this notice as the Trustee already has details of their claims and entitlements.
