Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that, on 13 January 2014, Nationwide Private Equity Fund LLC transferred to Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company the whole of its interest in TDR Capital II ‘C’ L.P. (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP11361, and that, with effect from that date, Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company became a limited partner in the Partnership in place of Nationwide Private Equity Fund LLC.
