THE SECRETARY OF STATE hereby gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping up of Highway (North West) (No. 60) Order 2013” authorising the stopping up of 2 lengths and a part width of Sunbank Lane, a length of PROW 16, a length of PROW 15 and a length of PROW 6 at Manchester, in the City of Manchester to enable development as permitted by Manchester City Council, reference 100263/OO/2012/S2.

COPIES OF THE ORDER MAY BE OBTAINED, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gsi.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/NW/S247/864) and may be inspected during normal opening hours at Wythenshawe Library, Forum Centre, Forum Square, Wythenshawe, Manchester, M22 5RX.

ANY PERSON aggrieved by or desiring to question the validity of or any provision within the Order, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement or regulation made has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks of 13 December 2013 apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision included.
