That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the members that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business, and that it is advisable that the company be wound up and that accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily and Kevin Lucas FCA, FABRP of Lucas Johnson Limited, 32 Stamford Street, Altrincham, Cheshire WA14 1EY, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the winding up.
