Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: Section 106 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986, that final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above named Company will be held at the offices of Antony Batty & Company LLP, Swan House, 9 Queens Road, Brentwood, Essex CM14 4HE on 6 February 2014 at 10.30 am and 11.00 am respectively, for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding up and how the Company’s property has been disposed of, and to consider the following resolutions:

1. That the Liquidator’s final report be approved.

2. That the Liquidator’s receipts and payments account be approved.

3. That the Liquidator be granted his release.
