Notice is hereby given that Dean Anthony Nelson, of Smith Cooper, St Helens House, King Street, Derby, DE1 3EE, (IP No 9443) was appointed Liquidator of the above named Company by the Secretary of State on 25 October 2013 . I do not propose to summon a Meeting of Creditors under Section 141 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for the purpose of appointing a Creditors’ Committee, but shall if requested, in accordance with the rules, to do so by one-tenth in value of the Company’s creditors. However, notice is hereby given pursuant to Rule 4.54 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that a General Meeting of the above named Company will be held at St Helens House, King Street, Derby, DE1 3EE on 17 January 2014 at 10.30 am, for the purpose of considering whether the Liquidator’s remuneration be approved based on time costs incurred in connection with the administration of the Liquidation and that the Liquidator may draw his fees on account as and when funds permit. Furthermore that Smith Cooper’s disbursement rates and policies be approved and that disbursements may be reimbursed to Smith Cooper as and when funds permit. To be entitled to vote at the Meeting, a Creditor must give written details of his debt.

Proofs and proxies to be used at the meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator at St Helens House, King Street, Derby, DE1 3EE no later than 12.00 noon on the business day preceding the meeting.
