“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Chris McKay and Andrew McTear, both of McTear Williams & Wood, 51 Cambridge Place, Cambridge, CB2 1NS, (IP Nos. 009466 and 007242) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up with authority to act either jointly or separately in all matters.”
