Notice is hereby given that Dr Mark Jonathan Linley-Adams ceased to be a Partner of the partnership known as Walford Mill Medical Centre, a partnership of general medical practitioners practising from Walford Mill Medical Centre, Knobcrook Road, Wimborne, Dorset BH21 1NL, on 17 September 2013. Prior thereto, the partnership was carried on between Dr Linley-Adams, Dr David Craigmyle and Dr Anne Margaret Elder. The other partners will continue the partnership.
