Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, of an arrangement under which the share of Possfund Nominees Limited as a limited partner of Innisfree PFI Continuation Fund (a limited partnership registered in England with registered number LP10938) will be assigned as to 50 per cent.to Magnox Electric Group Pension Trustee Company Limited (a company incorporated in England and Wales with registered number 4037100 that is an existing limited partner of Innisfree PFI Continuation Fund) and as to 50 per cent.to Tredje AP-fonden (a state-owned pension fund established under the laws of the Kingdom of Sweden that is also an existing limited partner of Innisfree PFI Continuation Fund).
