Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 85(1) of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended), that the following resolutions were passed on 13 August 2013 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Angela Kelly, of OWG Corporate Recovery Limited, 32 Threadneedle Street, London, EC2R 8AY, (IP No. 9689) be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.” At the subsequent meeting of creditors held on 13 August 2013 the appointment of Angela Kelly as Liquidator was confirmed.
