Notice is hereby given by all the partners of the Partnership, being Stichting JER Real Estate, a foundation formed in The Netherlands, that holds legal title to assigned interests for the benefit of JER Real Estate Partners Europe, C.V., a Netherlands commanditaire vennootschap, JER Real Estate Partners II, L.P., JER Real Estate Partners II-A, L.P., JER Real Estate Qualified Partners II, L.P., JER Real Estate Qualified Partners Europe, L.P. and Benchmark JER LP 1 Limited as limited partners in the Partnership and Benchmark JER 2 GP Limited as general partner in the Partnership, that the Partnership, registered in England with registration number LP7943 ceased carrying on its business with effect from 21 August 2013.
