THE M4 MOTORWAY (LONDON BOROUGH OF HOUNSLOW) (BUS LANE) ORDER 1998 REVOCATION ORDER 2013
The Secretary of State for Transport gives notice that he has made this Order under section 6(1) and (3) of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on the 2nd September 2013, coming into force on the 10th October 2013 on the M4 Motorway in the London Borough of Hounslow. The notice of the proposal to make it (reference 1575431) was published in issue number 60121 of the London Gazette on 20th April 2012 and the effect of the Order, is as described in that notice.
Copies of the made Order and a plan illustrating its effect, the order to be revoked and the temporary Order may be inspected during office hours at the offices of the London Borough of Hounslow, Civic Centre, Lampton Road, Hounslow, TW3 4DN and during opening hours at Chiswick Library, Duke’s Avenue, Hounslow, W4 2AB until 14th October 2013. They may also be obtained by application to Network Delivery & Development M25 DBFO, Highways Agency, Floor 3B, Federated House, London Road, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 1SZ, quoting the reference HA/M4/41/10/15.
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement of that Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with, may, within six weeks from 2nd September 2013, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
