Notice is hereby given that a General Meeting of the Company’s Members will be held at The Ramada Hoted, Orbital Plaza, Bridge Street, Cannock WS11 0DQ, on 29 August 2013, at 10.30 am, to consider and if thought fit, pass the following resolutions as a special resolution and as an ordinary resolution respectively: “That the Company be wound up under section 84 of the Insolvency Act 1986 ”; and “that Martin Williamson of ipd, Suite 1 Marcus House, Park Hall Business Village, Park Hall Road, Stoke on Trent ST3 5XA be appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of its voluntary winding-up.” A member entitled to attend and vote at the Meeting is entitled to appoint another person as his or her proxy holder to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy holder need not be a member of the Company. Proxy forms must be duly completed and lodged at the offices of ipd, Suite 1 Marcus House, Park Hall Business Village, Park Hall Road, Stoke on Trent ST3 5XA, no later than 4.00 pm on the business day prior to the Meeting. The proxy may be posted to the above address of sent by facsimile to 01782 595883. A completed proxy form may also be scanned and sent by email to mw@ipd-uk.com .
