Notice is hereby given, as required by Rule 11.2(1A) of the Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended), that it is intention of the Liquidator to declare a First and Final Dividend to Unsecured Creditors of the Company.

Creditors who have not yet proved their debts are required to do so in writing to the Liquidator at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Benson House, 33 Wellington Street, Leeds LS1 4JP no later than 12 July 2013 . The Dividend will be declared within two months of that date.
