THE HARINGEY (GREEN LANES CPZ) (PAY AND DISPLAY) (PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT NO. *) ORDER 2013

  • 1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey proposes to make the above mentioned Orders under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
  • 2 The general effect of the Orders would be to:
    • a introduce a new loading bay in Green Lanes, N8, outside No. 555 (10 metres of pay and display parking will be removed)
    • b swap the position of a loading bay and shared residents/pay and display in Ferme Park Road, N4, outside Nos. 13 and 21.
  • 3 Copies of the proposed Orders, the Orders being amended and of the Council’s statement of reasons for making the Orders and plans showing the locations and effects of the Orders, road humps and pedestrian crossing may be inspected during a period of 21 days from the date on which this Notice is published, during normal office working hours at Traffic Management Group, River Park House, 2 nd Floor (North), 225 High Road, Wood Green, N22 8HQ.
  • 4 Any person desiring to object to the proposed Orders and road humps or make other representation should send a statement in writing of either their objection and the grounds thereof or of their representation to the Traffic Management Group, River Park House, 2 nd Floor (North), 225 High Road, Wood Green, N22 8HQ within 21 days of the date on which this Notice is published.
