Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Andrew Roger Burnell, Edward George Carter, and Anthony David Harryman (together in their capacity as the executors of David Grove’s estate) transferred the whole of their interest in the Partnership, represented by a capital contribution of £1, to Edward George Carter, Yvette Elizabeth Nunn, and Philip James Harrison (together in their capacity as trustees of the David Grove Residuary Will Trust), and that with effect from the date of that transfer Edward George Carter, Yvette Elizabeth Nunn, and Philip James Harrison (together in their capacity as Trustees of the David Grove Residuary Will Trust) became limited partners in the Partnership and Andrew Roger Burnell, Edward George Carter, and Anthony David Harryman (together in their capacity as the executors of David Grove’s estate) ceased to be limited partners in the Partnership.
