“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Jeremy Stuart French and Darren Wilson, both of FRP Advisory LLP, Jupiter House, Warley Hill Business Park, The Drive, Brentwood, Essex, CM13 3BE, (IP Nos 003862 and 9518) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the voluntary winding up.”
