At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Arcadia House, Maritime Walk, Ocean Village, Southampton, Hampshire SO14 3TL on 15 May 2013 the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed, viz:

That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that it is advisable to wind up the Company and, accordingly, the company be wound up voluntarily, and that David Smithson, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP No. 9317) and Danny Nicholas William Dartnaill (IP No. 10110), Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, of BDO LLP, Kings Wharf, 20 - 30 Kings Road, Reading, Berkshire RG1 3EX, are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up, and are to act jointly and severally.

At a subsequent Meeting of Creditors, duly convened pursuant to Legislation section: Section 98 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986, and held on the same day, the appointment of David Smithson and Danny Nicolaas William Dartnaill was confirmed.
