Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham in exercise of its powers under Sections 6, 32, 121A and 124 and Parts I to IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended (hereinafter called “the Act”) and of all other enabling and amending legislation and powers, and after consultation with the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis in accordance with Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Act hereby made the above Orders on:

• 1 the 17th May 2013 for the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham Waiting Restrictions and Residents Parking (Amendment No. 3) Order 2013 and on;
• 2 the 22nd May 2013 for the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham (Special Parking Areas) (Amendment No. 51) Order 2013

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Orders or of any of its provisions on the grounds that they are not within the powers of the Act, or that any requirement of the Act or any Regulations under it have not been complied with may do so within six weeks of the date of the Orders by applying to the High Court.
