Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: Section 98 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986, that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held at 45 High Street, Haverfordwest SA61 2BP on Friday 24 May 2013 at 10.30 am for the purpose of having a full statement of the position of the company’s affairs, together with a list of the creditors of the company and the estimated amount of their claims, laid before them, and for the purpose, if thought fit, of nominating a Liquidator and appointing a liquidation committee. Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must (unless they are individual creditors attending in person) lodge their proxy, at no later than 12.00 noon on the business day prior to the meeting at the registered office, 45 High Street, Haverfordwest . A statement claim must also be lodged. For the purposes of voting, secured creditors must (unless they surrender their security) include a statement giving particulars of their security, the date when it was given, and the value at which it is assessed. A list of the names and addresses of creditors will be available for inspection at the offices of Bevan and Buckland, 45 High Street, Haverfordwest SA61 2BP, free of charge, on the two days immediately prior to the date of the meeting. The resolutions to be taken at the meeting may include a resolution specifying the terms on which the liquidator is to be remunerated, and the meeting may receive information concerning, or be called upon to approve the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the meeting.
