Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 27 January 2013 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 23 April 2013, as persons having parental responsibility on behalf of Amalia Florence Hudson-Sosnowski, who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Amalia Florence Hudson Sosnowski and assumed the name of Amalia Florence Hudson-Sosnowski.
