Richard Honoré Léon Carbonel of France, acquired the Right of Quiet Enjoyment to the Barony Title of Chelsfield on the 5th March 2013.

Scott Paul Louder and Asha Jade Louder of Bedfordshire, acquired the Right of Quiet Enjoyment to the Lordship Title of Dunton, Bedfordshire on the 11th March 2013.

Patrick Dipper of Torquay, acquired the Right of Quiet Enjoyment to the Lordship Title of Haw and Tirley, Gloucestershire on the 27th March 2013.

Marc-Antoine Gabrielli and Arlette Jeanee Dees-Jalby, épouse Gabrielli of France, acquired the Right of Quiet Enjoyment to the Lordship Title of Jolby, North Yorkshire on the 28th February 2013.

Fernando Jose Almeida de Castro E Moreira and Inês de Matos Xavier E Moreira of Portugal, acquired the Right of Quiet Enjoyment to the Lordship Title of Stockley, Devon on the 20th March 2013.
