At a General Meeting of the above named company duly convened and held at Compton Way, Witney, Oxfordshire OX28 3AB on 30 April 2013, the company’s financial position as shown by the statement of affairs presented to the meeting was discussed and the following resolutions were duly passed as a special and an ordinary resolution, respectively:

1. “That it has been resolved by special resolution that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities, continue to trade and accordingly that it be wound up voluntarily.”

2. “That Carolyn Dunn of Jamesons Insolvency and Business Recovery LLP, Jamesons House, Compton Way, Witney, Oxfordshire OX28 3AB be is hereby appointed liquidator of the company for the purposes of the winding-up.”
