TRANSFER OF PARTNERSHIP INTEREST
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, with effect from 24 April 2013 Ronald Jonathan Hooberman transferred the whole of his interest in Hurlands Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registered number LP014827 (“the Partnership ”) to Victoria Anne Hooberman and therefore ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
