Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: section 106 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986, and Legislation section: Rule 4.126 of the Legislation: Insolvency Rules 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members and a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company are to be held at Olympia House, Armitage Road, London NW11 8RQ, on 27 June 2013 at 1.00 pm and 1.15 pm respectively for the purposes of: receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the winding-up and hearing any explanation which may be given by the Liquidator and resolving that the Liquidator be released from office. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor. For the purposes of voting, the proxy form issued to Members and Creditors must be lodged with me no later than 12.00 noon on 26 June 2013 .
