THE HAVERING (ROMFORD PARKING PLACES) (SECTOR 3) (CIVIL ENFORCEMENT AREA) (AMENDMENT NO. 6) ORDER 2013
- 1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Havering, hereinafter called the Council, on 22 April 2013 made the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
- 2 The general effect of the Waiting and Loading Restriction Order will be to:—
- a introduce waiting restrictions operative at any time, on the lengths of streets specified in Schedule 1 to this Notice;
- b introduce waiting restrictions operative between 8.30 a.m. and 6.30 p.m. on Mondays to Saturdays inclusive on the lengths of street specified in Schedule 2 to this Notice.
- 3 The general effect of the Romford Parking Places Sector 3 Order will be to remove the existing residents permit parking place on the length of Princes Road specified in Schedule 2 to this Notice.
- 4 Copies of the Orders, which will come into operation on 6 May 2013, of the Orders being amended, together with the Council’s statement of reasons for making the Orders and plans showing the locations and effects of the Orders can be inspected until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made, during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at Traffic & Parking Control, StreetCare, Mercury House, Mercury Gardens, Romford, Essex RM1 3SL.
- 5 Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the making of the Orders, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

SCHEDULE 1
Elm Park Avenue, the south-east side, between its junction with Abbs Cross Lane and the common boundary of Nos. 2 and 4 Elm Park Avenue.
Haynes Road, the east side, between the south-eastern kerb-line of Squirrels Heath Lane and the northern boundary of No. 1 Haynes Road.
SCHEDULE 2
Princes Road, the west side, between the common boundary of Nos. 6 and 8 Princes Road and a point 8 metres north of that common boundary.
