Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: Section 106 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986, that a final meeting of the members and creditors of the above named Company will be held at the offices of Mitchell Charlesworth, Centurion House, 129 Deansgate, Manchester M3 3WR on 15 May 2013 at 10.00 am for members and 10.15 am for creditors, for the purpose of showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Joint Liquidator, seeking authority for the disposal of books, accounts and documents of the Company and seeking authority for the release from office of the Joint Liquidator.

A member or creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a member or creditor.
