Roseville Contacts Limited hereby gives notice that it intends to trade as “Roseville Contracts” and any derivatives thereof, being a similar name of Roseville Plastering Limited and prohibited names pursuant to Legislation section: section 216 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986 .

Mark Kelsey of Wood Farm Stables and Barns, Gospel End Road, Sedgley, West Midlands DY3 4HA (1) Paul Slater of 96 Highfields Road, Chasetown, Staffordshire WS7 4QS (2) and Owen Creswell of 16b Straits Road, Gornal Wood, Dudley, West Midlands DY3 2UT (3) gives notice to all creditors of Roseville Plastering Limited that they were a Director and/or involved in the management of Roseville Plastering Limited during the 12 months ending with the day it went into administration and they are intending to and/or will continue to act in one or more ways to which Legislation section: Section 216(3) of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986, applies in connection with, or for the purposes of, the carrying out of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of Roseville Plastering Limited on the day it went into administration through Roseville Contracts Limited trading as “Roseville Contracts” and any derivatives thereof.
