AMENDMENT TO PARKING PLACES AND INTRODUCTION OF DOCKING STATIONS FOR THE LONDON CYCLE HIRE SCHEME
- 1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth with the agreement of Transport for London proposes to make the following Orders under section 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Traffic Management Act 2004:
• The Wandsworth (London Cycle Hire Scheme) (Parking Places) (No. -) Order 20
• The Wandsworth (Battersea) (Parking Places) (No.-) Order 20
• The Wandsworth (Battersea Park) (Parking Places) (No.-) Order 20
• The Wandsworth (Clapham Junction) (Parking Places) (No.-) Traffic Order 20
• The Wandsworth (Putney) (Parking Places) (No.-) Order 20
• The Wandsworth (St John’s Hill) (Parking Places) (No.-) Order 20
• The Wandsworth (Wandsworth Town) (Parking Places) (No.-) Traffic Order 20
- 2 The general effect of the first Order would be to designate parking places for the placement of cycle docking stations for the leaving at any time of pedal cycles used for the London cycle hire scheme.
- 3 The general effect of the other Orders would be to amend existing parking places in the locations below where necessary to accommodate the new cycle docking stations.

- 4 Plans showing the locations of the changes, are available for inspection during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays in The Concourse, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU. The documents will remain available until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Orders are made or, as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Orders.

- 6 Any person wishing to object to the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds on which it is made to the Director of Environment and Community Services at the address below (quoting the reference ES/TMO1326) by 22 nd February 2013.
