We, Arun Sarna of 3 The Cedars, Bushby, Leicester LE7 9RZ, and Arvind Sarna of 8 The Copse, Bushby, Leicester LE7 9RW, were Office holder capacity: Directors of the above-named Company during the 12 months ending with the day before it will enter into liquidation. F2 Medical Supplies Limited, a company of which we are Directors, intend to purchase the business and assets of the Company and we give notice that it is our intention to act in one or more of the ways specified in Legislation section: section 216(3) of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986, in connection with, or for the purpose of, the carrying on of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of the insolvent Company under the following names: “F2 Medical Supplies Limited”.
