Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that AZ SGD Private Equity Fonds GMBH has transferred the whole of its interest as limited partner in Equistone Partners Europe Fund III “A” L.P. a Limited Partnership registered in England and Wales with Registration No LP012276, (the “ Partnership ”) to AZ SGD Private Equity Fonds 2 GmbH, a new Limited Partner in the Partnership.
