Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: Rule 4.54 Legislation: of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that a meeting of the creditors of the above Companies will be held at 2 New Street Square, London, EC4A 3BZ, on 30 August 2012, at 10.00 am and 10.30 respectively, for the purpose of agreeing the basis of the Joint Liquidators’ remuneration. A form of proxy for use at the meetings, if desired, can be requested from the Joint Liquidators and should be lodged with them at Deloitte LLP, PO Box 810, 66 Shoe Lane, London, EC4A 3WA, not later than noon on the business day before the meeting.
