Notice is hereby given that Dr Christine Helen Ford has retired from the Partnership carrying on business as medical practitioners under the firm name “Dr Pradhan & Partners” and “Lonsdale Medical Centre” as from the close of business on 9 July 2012.

With effect from 10 July 2012 the partners in the practice are “Dr Tajdin Alibhai Pradhan, Dr Levin Anthony Timon David, Dr Lisa Jane Miller, Dr Heather Davis, Dr Daniel Marc Dietch, Dr Simon Jonathan Read and Dr Eric Lance Britton” who will continue to carry on the same business as medical practitioners in partnership together under the firm name Lonsdale Medical Centre principally from 24 Lonsdale Road, London NW6 6RR .
