Notice is hereby given to all beneficiaries, creditors and other persons who have any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in The Ambassador Theatre Group (Venues) Limited Pension and Assurance Scheme (“the Scheme”) that they are required to send particulars in writing to the address detailed below within two months from the date hereof after which date the Trustee will proceed to distribute the assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they have notice and they shall not be liable for the assets of the Scheme, or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they have not had notice.
