FERRO (GREAT BRITAIN) LIMITED 1995 PENSION PLAN

This notice is addressed to former and current employees of Ferro (Great Britain) Limited.

The Ferro (Great Britain) Limited 1995 Pension Plan (the “Plan”) has commenced the process of winding-up.

If you were or are an employee of the above company, and a member of the Plan and think you are entitled to benefits under the Plan but have not been contacted in respect of those benefits, or you are a spouse, civil partner, child or dependant of a deceased member, please contact in writing the Trustees of the Plan c/o Lesley Scales, Mercer Limited, Westgate House, 52 Westgate, Chichester, PO19 3HF by no later than 31 August 2012. You should include details of your current address and any benefits you think you are entitled to.

It is the Trustees’ intention to transfer the assets of the Plan into individual insurance policies written in the name of individual members as soon as possible. If the Trustees are not aware of any entitlement you may have under the Plan by 31 August 2012 they will not be liable to pay benefits to you.

If you already receive a pension from the Plan, or you have received announcements from the Trustees regarding the winding-up and transfer of the Plan’s liabilities, you do not need to write to the Trustees as they already have full details about your entitlements.
