THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER (PARKING PLACE) (C ZONE) (NO. *) ORDER 2012

• 1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Westminster City Council proposes to make the above Order under sections 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended:
• 2 The general effect of the Order would be to replace 10.2 metres of single yellow line waiting restrictions with two shared-use (residents’ permit/”pay by phone” parking) bays on the south-east side of Blomfield Road (opposite Nos. 37 and 38).
• 3 The proposed Order and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order are available for inspection between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays inclusive at West One, City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 6QP.

• 5 Any objections or other representations about the proposed Order should be sent in writing to the Council’s agents, West One, City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 6QP, or by email at TMO@westonejv.co.uk quoting reference 5951/MG by 20th July 2012. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
