1. That the Company be wound up voluntarily.

2. That Stephen James Hobson of Francis Clark LLP, Vantage Point, Woodwater Park, Pynes Hill, Exeter EX2 5FD, be appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up.
