“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the Company that this Company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business, and that it is desirable that the same should be wound up: and that the Company be wound up accordingly and that Helen Timothe Phillips, of Phillips & Co, 21-23 Station Road, Gerrards Cross, Bucks SL9 8ES, (IP No. 5256) be and is hereby appointed the Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding up.”
