Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: Section 98 Legislation: of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of creditors of the above named Company will be held at David Rubin & Partners LLP, 26-28 Bedford Row, London, WC1R 4HE, on 06 July 2012, at 11.15 am for the purpose mentioned in Section 99 to 101 of the said Act. Resolutions may also be passed at this meeting with regard to the liquidator’s remuneration and the costs of preparing the Statement of Affairs and convening the Meeting.
