• 1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Hackney on 22nd June 2012 did make the above-mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.
• 2 The general effect of the Orders will be to:
  • a Change the single yellow lines, waiting restrictions to double yellow lines no waiting at any time on the following streets,
    • i Brenthouse Road (various locations)
    • ii Brett Road - side of Natwest Bank and outside no. 12
    • iii Darnley Road at junction with Frampton Park Road
    • iv Eleanor Road - Opposite no. 44
    • v Frampton Park Road - side of Exbury House
    • vi Loddiges Road - outside Loddiges House
    • vii Marcon Place - opposite no. 31 and outside no. 24-35
    • viii Marvin Street - side of Graham Mansions
    • ix Mehetabel Road - outside no. 47 and outside the Chesham Arms
    • x Penpoll Road - side of no. 16, opposite no. 1 and junction with Wilton Way
    • xi Reading Lane – section outside no. 5-7, junction with Hillman Street and Reading Lane, opposite no.73-83
    • xii Richmond Road - outside no. 280
    • xiii Spurstowe Road - opposite Poulton Close and junction with Marcon Place
    • xiv Spurstowe Terrace – side of no. 19-24 Marcon Place
    • xv Sutton Place - outside no.s 1 and 22, no. 22a and outside the new development

  • b Remove the shared use permit bay outside 1 Boundary Street and replace with double yellow lines ‘no waiting at any time’.
  • c Convert the no return time from 2 hours to 1 hour at all pay and display bays within Zone P.
  • d Convert the shared use bays on Paragon Road from 2 hour maximum stay to 4 hour maximum stay.
  • e Introduce double yellow lines ‘no waiting restrictions’ outside 178 Amhurst Road.
  • f Reinstate the disabled bay opposite 85 Navarino Road.
  • g Introduce a 24 hour loading bay outside of 24 Belsham Street.
  • h Convert 10 metres of waiting restrictions on Brenthouse Road junction with Mare Street to a permit bay.
  • i Change single yellow lines ‘waiting restrictions’ to Permit and Pay and Display Bays (4 hours maximum stay): at the following locations:
    • i Darnley Road opposite Shore Gardens,
    • ii Eleanor Road opposite the junction with Reading Lane,
    • iii Wilton Way under the bridge and behind Sylvester House on Wilton Way.

  • j Change single yellow lines ‘waiting restrictions’ to Permit and Pay and Display Bays (2 hours maximum stay) at the following locations:
    • i Nursery Road outside the side of no. 99 Morning Lane,
    • ii Reading Lane on the opposite side of 1 Hillman Street,
    • iii Opposite the junction of Florfield Road.
    ii Reading Lane on the opposite side of 1 Hillman Street, iii Opposite the junction of Florfield Road.
  • k Change single yellow lines ‘waiting restrictions’ to a resident permit bay
    • i outside no. 69 Paragon Road,
    • ii outside no. 5-7 Reading Lane,
    • iii opposite Valette House on Valette Street.
    ii outside no. 5-7 Reading Lane, iii opposite Valette House on Valette Street.
  • l Introduce a disabled bay outside no. 6B Mountgrove.Road. Extend the disabled bay opposite no. 2-10 Tryon Crescent further south by 4 metres.
• 3 Copies of the Orders, which will come into force on 2nd July 2012, other relevant Orders, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, until the expiration of a period of six weeks from the date on which the Orders are made, in the reception area, London Borough of Hackney Keltan House 89 -115 Mare Street London, E8 4RU. • 4 If any person wishes to question the validity of either of the Orders, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders are made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
