PAI Europe V-2

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, with the effect from 26 June 2012, Generali Global Private Equity S.A Sicar, transferred 100% of its interest in PAI Europe V-2 (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP12189 including its capital contribution of €250 and that with the effect from 26 June 2012, Lexington VII PE Holdings, L.P. was admitted to the Partnership as a limited partner in the Partnership, and consequently Generali Global Private Equity S.A Sicar, ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
