Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that QIC Private Capital Pty Ltd (ACN 076 279 528) as trustee of QIC Diversified Infrastructure Fund No. 1 transferred Euro 13,500,000 of its limited partnership interest in the Partnership (being a limited partnership registered in England with No. LP011001) to QIC Private Capital Pty Ltd (ACN 076 279 528) as trustee of QIC Infrastructure Mandate No. 1 Trust.
