  • 1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Hackney on 22nd June 2012 did make the above-mentioned Orders under the Legislation: Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Legislation: Traffic Management Act 2004 .
  • 2 The general effect of the Orders will be to:—
    • a Remove approximately 5m of resident Permit Parking on the south side of Glenarm Road adjacent to Chatsworth Road.
    • b Introduce cycle only parking bays on the south side of Glenarm Road to replace those parking places referred to in a).
  • 3 Copies of the Orders, which will come into force on 2nd July 2012, other relevant Orders, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, until the expiration of a period of six weeks from the date on which the Orders are made, in the reception area, London Borough of Hackney Keltan House 89 - 115 Mare Street London, E8 4RU .   • 4 If any person wishes to question the validity of either of the Orders, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it not within the powers conferred by the Legislation: Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders are made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
